The rapid creation of content-led digital experience
The City of London Corporation needed a content-led digital experience that positioned London and the UK as a leader in the financial services world. The solution also had to support the growth of the site over the next three years including possible translation of content. Content editors, formerly using WordPress, didn’t have much time to learn a new CMS and therefore needed an easy and flexible content management.
The major challenge was rapid creation and deployment of the Kentico Xperience solution which was incredibly important to meeting the prescribed timescale.
The platform had to be able to constantly evolve the page templates as requirements changed by utilizing Kentico Xperience’s modular nature. The framework permitted construction and refinement of the creative page layouts to be done by content editors rather than requiring developers to move components around the page.
