Safety first
Team Wendy wanted to update its functionally and visually outdated website and reposition it for a contemporary audience. The site required a robust commerce feature, had to be responsive, easy for users to navigate and the content management system (CMS) needed to be simple for Team Wendy employees to manage ever-changing content.
The new site needed to integrate Team Wendy’s various back-end systems including the CMS, order fulfillment, payment processing through Virtual Merchant and PayPal gateways, shipping, and tax details into one efficient user interface.
Results
The following data was collected from August 2016–February 2017 and compared to August 2015–February 2016:

increase in direct traffic
