With over 20 years of experience in software development, Mike has worked on projects ranging from enterprise software solutions to large-scale, high-profile websites. His expertise spans software architecture, team leadership, and digital transformation, helping organizations navigate technical challenges and optimize their digital presence. 

Mike’s journey into technology began with an unexpected detour—earning a degree in psychology before transitioning into software development. His early experiences in Visual Basic at Microsoft set the stage for a career in distributed computing, and he eventually found his passion in content management solutions. His first encounter with Kentico was during a website rebuild for the Seattle Foundation, where Kentico’s flexibility and transparency impressed him. Since then, he has become a strong advocate for the platform, sharing his insights at Kentico Connections and various industry events. 

A passionate mentor and public speaker, Mike actively contributes to the Kentico community, guiding teams in best practices for content modeling, headless CMS architectures, and enterprise integrations.
