Since then, I've grown through roles like Head of Operations, where I optimized processes and built tools that empowered our teams. In 2024, I became VP of Operations, overseeing our internal operations and strategy.

My passion lies in creating efficient systems and supporting our people to achieve more. At Kentico, I’m proud to lead a team that builds the operational backbone, enabling our company to thrive and innovate.
